Willy Street Pub and Grill : ウィキペディア英語版 | Willy Street Pub and Grill
The epitome of a nondescript dive bar, the Willy Street Pub & Grill is a dark and dingy tavern that serves beer, alcohol, and food as well as occasionally providing live music. It is located at 852 Williamson Street, Madison, Wisconsin.〔(Wisco, A.V. Madison-website )〕〔(Willy Street bar scene hits hard, The Badger Herald-website )〕 == History == The Willy Street Pub & Grill is a tavern in Madison that features pool, darts, volleyball, and food, as well as live punk, rock, metal, experimental music, and a loud jukebox.〔( Jukeboxing: Willy Street Pub & Grill, The Onion A.V. Madison-website )〕 Once named the Wisconsin Inn, it is still called "The Wisco" by regular patrons. It is located on the corner of Williamson and Paterson Streets, on block 147 of the historic Third Lake Ridge District of the Williamson and Marquette neighborhoods. The corner portion of the property, where picnic tables are now located, was previously the location of the William A. Horstmeyer Barber Shop. The Horstmeyer home was at 308 S. Paterson, on the north end of the property. It was later known as the C.C. Rider Clubhouse, and more recently as "The Space" music recording and practice studio.〔(Friends of Historic Third Lake Ridge-website )〕〔(Willy Stree Pub And Grill, Beeradvocate-website )〕
